HOA stands for homeowner’s association and Condo stands for Condominium association. These are organizations formed within a planned community, subdivision, or condominium. HOAs & Condo’s manage the day-to-day operations of a community, ratify and enforce rules for residents and their properties, in order to maintain property values.
An HOA or Condo consists of members of the community. Each community has a set of volunteer members on the board of directors. The board is responsible for all operations, including financial management, collection, vendor coordination and payment, insurance, maintenance, and much more.
Each association refers to the governance and handling of a homeowners through its Governing Documents. Our management company provides various services to each individual association to ensure the Board members have support in their various volunteer position. Our company oversees the operations the associations and supervise the maintenance of amenities and common areas, to make the lives of HOA board members easier by helping fulfill their duties and responsibilities.

The Board of directors are a group of residents who volunteer their free time to work for the community and fulfill the fiduciary responsibilities detailed in the community governing documents. all community documents vary according to the community size and needs. these documents are provided to all residents upon the purchase of their home into the community. if you need a copy of your documents, you can always contact your property association manager.
