HOA stands for homeowner’s association and Condo stands for Condominium association. These are organizations formed within a planned community, subdivision, or condominium. HOAs & Condo’s manage the day-to-day operations of a community, ratify and enforce rules for residents and their properties, in order to maintain property values.
An HOA or Condo consists of members of the community.

Community documents vary according to the community size and needs. These documents are provided to all residents upon the purchase of their home into the community.
